A good free portal

I am looking for a portal system for a new home page for a community that I am developing for my home town. Needless to say the budget is small.

Is there any good scripts out there that have a decent portal, gallery, and forum? Or a bridge system so that I could use phpbb, gallery2, and a phpbb modded portal.

I'm using phpbb2 plus at www.Autoing.com seems to have everything your looking for, link to the script is at the bottom.
