A few questions (.travel, and TM theme)

I am not familiar with .travel so would like to know is there a chance for anybody to register it? Are there any restrictions about .travel registration?

Also, would like to know if it could be problematic to have domain as one word dot something if that word is an exact name of some company, but also is a regular world in some popular languages? Also, if you offer it for sale to that company, is that considering as "bad faith" although it is some regular dictionary word?

If you try to sell it to them, it could certainly come across that way. But if it's coincidentally a generic word and you use it for your own personal reasons, that should be more than fine, IMO.
