And to think...that 9.69 could have easily been sub 9.6 seconds if he had ran the entire 100m instead of only 70M. I counted 8 strides where it appeared he started letting up and celebrating.

Now apparently the big wigs of the IOC don't take too kindly to the way a certain 22 year old Jamaican runner celebrates after setting 2 world records and becoming the fastest man in the world. He needs to shake hands more often with his fellow competitors.

Give it a break. These ole farts need to chill out and enjoy the exuberance of the youth around them IMO. Dance a little, guys.

It's not quite in Phelps territory but the Jamaican Lightening Bolt is now up to 3 golds and 3 world records. I found it odd that they had him run the 3rd leg of the relay and not the 2nd or anchor. I guess they knew what they were doing.

These people get tested like crazy now, even long before the olympics.

Phelps did a "super testing" which goes even further then the already comprehensive olympic testing.

But I did hear four atheletes where kicked out of the olympics for failed tests! There was four horses that failed the horse drug test, and if the horse fails the rider gets kicked out lol
