7 day auctions or 90 day listing?

I am new to domaining.

I have a couple of domains which I am hoping will make $xx - $xxx on GoDaddy.

I would appreciate some advice from experienced domainers as to when to use the 7 day auction, and when to use the 90 day listings.

I don't need the money quickly - so time is not an issue.
