Is a 7 day GD auction enough time to get top dollar for your domain auction?

I mean expired auctions on GD (depending on quality of course) are what ? 7 days only right? And many of those end in $x,xxx+.

Has anyone experienced a huge difference in final sold price if they did a 30 or 90 day auction instead?

Would it help to pay say 7 days of Domain Shane promotion to get same results as a 30 day auction at namejet or GoDaddy for a 7 day auction?

7 days is enough. As a buyer, auctions of 1-3 months would be extremely annoying.

Thanks Brad. Capt Obvious would always say that the longer time frame say 1 month would net better profit than a 7 day auction.

Has anyone ever done a side by side comparison either on purpose or went thru it just because they wanted to see?

Would be nice if someone shared. Thanks.
