Also I have to ask a question that I hope does not offend you but it`s something I`d like to ask to everyone just because I really have no idea of the answer.

Let`s assume that a new Registrar pops in and we reg a lot of good names there. Assuming that there is not much money to make these days being a Registrar due to high competition, then this Registrar :

1) decides to don`t be honest, take customer`s names and sell them keeping the money

or 2) disappear , dies , bankruptcy, whatever......RegisterFly teachs us something.

How do we prevent those scenarios?

The problem is we face this everywhere we go on the internet, is this company going to last? Will they try to steal from me? What are they going to do to help? Do I trust them? If you park your domains, are they going to pay me? What if they close my account and don't pay me? etc.. etc..!

From a customer side of view I would feel the same way. To answer some questions, I am just about a full-timer domainer and own 1000's of domains in many different extensions so I register my domains at RegisterMatrix. To close the site, would only be hurting myself. I have a lot of money being funded into this project and I have my income to back it up so you won't ever have to worry about bankruptcy. I have no interest in other people's domains, what I'm trying to do is help people get the best price for their domains.

I have always went to the registrar with the best price/quality/service so I understand what it takes to compete. Now that I can offer that competitive pricing, hopefully I can earn your business. The most important issue is "Trust", your going to have to trust me as you would have to trust any new registrar/parking service on the market.

Hi Premiuim: Can you tell us why the "add selected domains to cart" process takes so long? It times out quite alot for me especially on bulk reg attempts. I gave up 3 times to reg already waiting for it to get to my cart.

Mike, I'm not sure why the site was slowing down but things seem to be back to normal now. I'm going to try to prevent this from happening, but these things do happen occasionally.

Hi, well first thank you for the answer and the understanding of my questions that again really are not addressed only to you but to all new registrars like whiz.in that I have using so far very well but now with your price I`m going to take a break there and start using your site.
The problem is that I assume most people won`t know what to do if a Registrar simply disappear.
Is there a third part that would guarantee the names in that case?
Anyway I`m going to ask this on a separate thread because I want to make it clear that what I`m asking is towards any Registrar, even the big ones.

I just answered your support email. This was an obvious error on our part and there is no need to panic. All you had to do was email us like you did and we would of gotten this resolved.

As far as phoning support, I was sleeping, perhaps you are in a different time zone. I don't live in India so you were talking to somebody else. You haven't even given me 5 hours to respond to your email.

As far as registering those domains, I was about to submit all of them through right now but it appears you have deleted the orders from your account?

If you want all of them registered at $7.99, please submit them now and they will ALL go through. If not and you would like a refund, just let me know and I'll refund your money for you. There is no need to contact your VISA.

I'm sorry that this had to happen to you of all people, we have been getting a large amount of orders recently which caused this problem. I am telling you now that this will never happen again in the future.

I understand your concern, if you PM me your phone number, I will get in touch with you later today and try to sort things out. Perhaps I can make it up to you.

If you would still like to use your money to register domains, just submit the orders, and they will all go through. If not, let me know and I will refund you.

As far as support goes, we replied to you 3 hours from your Email, I think that is pretty decent support.

For future reference, email us, we will take care of it and make sure that ALL domains are registered ASAP. We are hoping this doesn't happen again. :blink:

Thanks again for the great pricing and speedy service. I have had some problems with "server under maintenance" issues over the past couple of days when trying to reg some names. But I figure, in the beginning, there are going to be some of these little issues that will be sorted out. Today, I had a little problem with registration when only a portion went through. I've had similar problems with long wait times with other registars. I emailed my concern and within 5 minutes, problem was solved. I was guilty of jumping the gun on this, but was a little gun-shy with new service. No longer. I'll be back!
