60 day lock period

I know Godaddy allows customers to remove a day lock for domain transfers.

Is this the same case with other domain registrars? Such as Namecheap?

As far as I know, most registrars have the 60-day lock in place. If you're looking to sell, be prepared to push the domain to another account on the same registrar. This may require your buyer to open a new account, but they can then transfer it wherever they want.
