6 Days for Name.com Support

I had an issue with a transfer. I figured it out myself in the end, lucky I did as it took them 6 days to reply to my support ticket.

When I email [email protected], I usually get it resolved in about an hour max.

That is unusual. I think my average for a resolution is around 45 minutes!

What is going on at Name.com? They are usually quick to respond, now I have been waiting for 2 days, I had to do several attempts to log in their ticket system, furthermore it says I have no open ticket, the pages of their ticket system are not loading...a total mess.

And now the ticket system has started to ask again a new pw every time I try to access.

Years of very good customer assistance at risk to be lost
