As far as I know, the remaining 5l.com's containing 3 of the same letters have officially been bought out as of today.

Do you think we'll see an increase in demand for these types of 5L.com's?

How long do you think it will take to buyout the remaining 5l.com chips?

Yup and those have all long been registered. Pretty wild stuff. If early sales of City + ABC or the like, are at $300+ we are likely going to see very dramatic increase in not only 5L's, but a small % value increase in 2L, 3L and 4L (as if they aren't pricey enough yet)

That's really tough to say. I guess we can make an educated guess based on a comparison to 4L's?

What % of a premium grade 4L is a "meaningless" 4L worth? 25%? I don't have the stats in front of me, but if anyone does, it could be a decent indicator?

OK -- but there are many, many available for reg-fee still. Why would anyone pay $35-$50 when they could buy an analogous domain for $8? I guess what I am getting at is I am trying to think about if these names available for reg-fee today have a "bright" future lol. And how bright?

I am not a 4L.com connoisseur but in most cases, to go to Ali's example of possibly looking at meaning:meaningless ratios, I don't think there is a huge multiple placed on Chips with meaning or patterns. What does an ABAB cost? Maybe 5X a Chip? Even if it were 10X a regular Chip, then you could take the highest selling 5L.com right now and divide by 10 and you would certainly get a value above reg-fee. In fact, maybe it would be somewhere in that range of $35 - $50.

But these can not really be said to be worth $35 to $50 until they are all registered.
