What's "good" to someone may not be to someone else. If by "good" you mean valuable on the reseller market then value is first tiered by the tld - .com .net .org are the most valuable in that order. Then value is driven by the actual letters. Domains without u,v,k,j,w,x,y,z command the most value.

I have never seen a bad 3 letter domain name.
the extension can make them less valuable.
If it is a dot com, it is good, don't worry.

Well, the "0" is often confused with an "O" in marketing, so that's a downside. I would recommend looking for a clearer option, although you're on the right track with going for a short domain -- think about the brandability/memorability of the name.

3 characters are easy to remember. Also you can build a company name around it. Personally I won't register one unless it means something, but i can see their value.
