3 letter and/or numbers DOT COM - Are they worth anything?

Hi everyone .

Im sure that a thousand others have asked the same, but I couldent find anything when I searched, so here goes!.

Now im thinking about 1g5.com or 2u5.com (these types).
Combined with letters and numbers.

I've seen alot of domains been sold lately for cheap prices, but, as I dont know what the "real" value is, im not sure if its cheap or not.

I thought that almost any 3 letter/number.com's were expensive or had good value / will get better and better value over time.

Any inputs are really appreciated!
