Not really at this time.. I sold 1AAA.net on ebay a few weeks back for under $20 i thought it was worth more... if you have some I would hold them and wait for the price to increase some.
Right off the bat, I can't see any use for AAA7. However, if you were set on these types of domains I'd highly recommend sticking with a 1 as a prefix or suffix and 2 and 4 for prefixes. I think that AAA1, 4AAA and 2AAA look and sound a lot better to me than AAA7.

LLL.net starts at around $850
and a CCC.net starts at around $70
I'd like to say that AAA7 has value, however, considering the above historical references, if your looking for value, I think you should look towards the LLLL.net. It has the potential of being worth 10 times more than the AAA7 and will grow in value much quicker. However, these are just my opinions.
