Is your entire portfolio $28,000 per year renewals all gtld ?

Yes, 98% of my domains are New GTLDs, I have only a few domains in other extensions.

all offer comes on new.life ?

In my experience, all offers come only for a specific domain, and it does not depend on where this domain is listed for sale! A good domain sells itself!

In that case you must sell at an extremely high price when you can, because otherwise, all your profits will be eaten up as the years go by with renewal costs. The sell through rate of new gtlds is not promising. I think you're doing the right thing by holding out for not absurd, but high, levels. As long as your renewal costs remain around $28,000. per year, you must maintain these types of sales or else your cash flow will turn negative within a few years.

What criteria you follow while pricing your domains. On your site, I see some are listed below $3k and many between $9k to $85k, does that criteria includes of extension, keyword and renewal price among other things?

It’s basically just intuition, and a few simple and ordinary domain criteria (how many extensions were registered with these words... how many google search results... what kind of industry is it... etc, etc...)

Does all your domains listed on buynow or buynow+make offer / make offers
enlight us with your wisdom.

No, I change everything very often, and sometimes completely!

Fantastic sale and fantastic 2019 for you. May 2020 be even better!
Perhaps I missed this, I know you talked about different price levels, are the majority of your names BIN priced?
Congratulations.

Supposedly Transfer.Money sold in 2015 for $90K, is the highest reported .money sale to date, namebio probably could not confirm it, so they couldn't report it.

Yes, I remember that... but if it was not reported, then maybe something was done not completely... I also had an offer from one businessman to buy one of my domains for 250 thousand, but with payment with the shares of the company, but so far I have refused it.
The domain transferred to an end user, supposedly a NDA was in place, I think the sale was legit.

Yes, non traded shares can be diluted to nothing, not wise to do unless already public, or having some liquidity or future. Otherwise worthless shares in a shell company, and you have no control, your domains are good as gone.

Thank you!
Actually my goals are to sell some of my domains for xxx.xxx price.
I had two offers this summer in the amount of low xxx.xxx, one of them from a well-known entrepreneur, but because of economic uncertainty they postponed these purchases. Both are US buyers/businesses.
Unfortunately I have only one good .com domain, but it's OK. :)
I am sure you will make some sale for that xxx,xxx price. You are clearly on the good path!!

People must be wondering. What is your secret. Guesses:

Using Uniregistry
Not listing on Sedo or Afternic (because then a flipper would stand between you and the buyer?)
Fixed buy now price
Smart outbounding

No secrets, No outbound offers... I just try to register good domains, and I’m not in a hurry to sell them!
Just wait and the right time will come! :)

For example, what would you do if you receive a 500 USD offer, knowing your counter offer would probably not even get responded even if it is just 600.

It depends on the domain, I have such domains that I often sell for $250... $500 and for $900 ...
and I have domains that are listed for sale for $150,000... $350,000... $980,000... the right time will come in one day.

On my website only a small part of my domains, but these are the domains for which prices rarely change.

Congratulations on your sales. Really amazing. For us who are not believers in newGTLD, I think this is going to be a huge temptation :xf.cool::xf.grin:
