Established 2 Websites for sale - including one PR5 Proxy site

G'day Guys! I have two websites currently for sale :D

No.1 - Prox-e.com
Prox-e.com is a PR5 website. Note that it is not with the www. before it. It has a unique page design, and is using CGIProxy. However, it is currently hosted @ dreamhost, and only has analogue stats program. I have copied and pasted the following, but if you would like screenshots for proof than I will provide.

Not quite sure what that means but Adsense is receiving abou 60 hits per day. Also, before, I had the adsense box as the same colour as the background and it did not perform well. I have changed it today to the blue and it has already gotten a click (just a couple of hours after I changed it)

This little site is just something I have made in my spare time. I used a script I got from god-knows-where, and it has a unique design.
Receives very little traffic, like 3-5 hits per day in adsense. Probably from myself viewing it an maybe a click from prox-e lol.

Both domains are registered at Namecheap and expire in 2007.

I read that Dreamhost may not like proxy sites. Any idea where a good place to move it would be? Or, is Dreamhost okay with Proxy sites on shared servers?

Surfy.com - Dreamhost is ok for relatively low traffic sites. A person I talk to highly suggests SLHost.com's VPS Solutions, which looks like pretty good pricing. He runs a fairly large proxy site with them and has never had a complaint from them, and he says the proxy site is fairly fast (which, when I have visited it, is very true)
