No promotion has been done whatsoever and income is minimal, around $10 at this moment. The AWSCMS license is included in the sale. I bought this site from the creator of the cms.

It has something to do with Amazon changing their system, but it should be sorted soon. $30 is still the highest bid, only if Seomasters agrees with my explanation.
