When a video is added, is one dropped off the end basically?

The content never is dropped from the database ... it is always archived and allows for the items to be searched for in the search box at the top of the site.

All content submitted under SUBMIT CONTENT gets automatically added to the site.

It is currently setup as a password protected directory. The admin script itself does not have password protection built in, but can add it if need be.
