i filled out the contact form at 1plus.net around 5 days ago and i havnt heard back so today ( 9 hours ago ) i sent an email to support and had no reply, so i was wondering is it normal for them not to reply to support requests?

I'm a little concerned with 1plus too...

I recently moved a number of domains to them that were getting regular daily click through with Namedrive. Ive selected simple parking with 1plus and the link sites offered are pretty much the same as those through ND. Yet, according to 1plus, I've had no clicks whatsoever, and obviously no impact in my adsense account.

I am bemused and not totally convinced.......

I moved 4 domains to 1plus.net about a week and a half ago. Those four domains useing the news pages with adsense, has made me more money then parking all last year combined on all of domains at sedo. Thats 4 domains out of close to 50.

When I have an issue with 1plus I email them and they usually fix the problems within a day with no email reply.

That said, I have google analytics on all 4 domains tracking the traffic. Still reads zero hits on 1plus.net and have no idea why. But they are getting traffic.

Will be moving more names over to 1plus soon.

i have had the no email reply but the problem isnt fixed lol

My experience is the same as HasRob. My domains perform better at 1Plus as long as they have a matching category or template. I use Google analytics and it shows traffic even though 1Plus continues to show Zero views.

BTW - I've never received any answers from support requests either.

Guys, first up an apology.... When we moved servers, we never configured the support ticket system correctly.. Hence we have received no mails.

FAQ's and support are a major part of the site and we know that - but we have delayed the comprehensive writing of this until we release our new service (coming real soon).

Stats also will be back on line also very very soon.

We just want things to be right, rather than some half cocked attempt.

hi Ian i also have been sending many support mails ..i have a problem and went to the thread about 1plus but cudnt find the answer...many of my domains eg: http://mobileconcepts.info/ http://c6w.info/ indiapics.info dont come while others are fine? i dunt understand why?

Hey!!! I know that addy and I know whos box gets banged when mail is sent there. Ian, bro ... are you taking over email support as well as Admin duties as well as Marketing, as well as IT Tech, as well as webmastering, wait, is that a feather duster your holding? Talk about do it all. No wonder unemployment is so high in the UK,.... Badger has all the jobs.

Is there a way to sort the domains in alphabetical order and have them stay that way?

They arrange in order when I click the Domain heading, but as soon as I make a change to any domain and go back to the main screen they are back in a different order.

I wrote them two emails in the last 3 days and no reply here either. I told them about the concern of lack of support in the 2nd email and to please respond. hopefully they will.

Well, seems emails we must be having a problem with... Hmmm. will look at that as a matter of priority.

For the time being PM me with any 1plus support mails - apologies again for the lack of response but you can take my word that we are just not getting them

I believe you were referring to the traditional PPC parking service. What does that bode for the current, customizable 1Plus service?

I have recently been moving more of my Domains to 1Plus because I am seeing better performance (traffic and clicks) than other traditional parking services, especially for newly regged domains with no prior traffic or type-ins. Will we be forced to convert our accounts at 1Plus, or will we have a choice? Also, if you are continuing the current service, are you planning any improvements (real stats, more customizations for non-news, more templates, etc.)?
