I see it's currently for sale at ~$10k. That seems a little ambitious, but not completely unrealistic..

Now it appears to be the case that drifting cars and doing crazy desert highway stunts happens to be a thing in Dubai. Unfortunately that activity is probably illegal and at best tolerated.

Your best chance is probably to try and sell the domain to DriftInDubai[dot]com or a similar company(try $2k or something more reasonable), or lower the price and hope that a random new company might take it.
