I just looked up a domain owned by Name Administration Inc. (BVI). The whois referred me to ProformaInc.com. So I go there and they say minimum offer on any domain is $10,000 and up. Even $10,000 doesn't guarantee to get a response. Wow! Basically means they are not interested in selling anything in their portfolio for less than $10,000. Nice if you can get it. I can only envy their business model

As an aside. Estibot valued the domain I looked up for $160. Only the .com and .net were taken.

Actually, I thought Frank's minimum offer threshold was $20K. Maybe that's just the level that earns you a reply.
