I once sold a domain name with the accompanying toll-free number (it was an 877 number), and I know that this added value to the "package", IMHO. :tu:
The domain should be in the format, 1800cameras.com (example only) or 800cameras.com ... and one MUST have the actual corresponding tel. number(s) (call AT&T or whomever to secure it, if available) to match (in this case, 1.800.226.3727 must be included in with the domain "package")! :yell:
Right on, they are worthless if the correspondiung tele# is already taken by an unrelated business.
For instance, if you could reg 800flowers.com or 1800flowers.com (which is the equivalent of the tele# 18003569377) but the company that owned the # 18003569377 was a financial firm or any other company NOT related to the flower biz, then it would be a worthless domain, really.
OK - probably best to check what the number is first. I notice there are plenty of things like 1800sexchat adult phone lines with no corresponding domain. Maybe I'll grab those domains.
