Hello,
I am wondering if i could get some appraisal help, i see that
800vanity.com and many other 800 companies sell vanity 800#`s and that they start at 25k and up,
If i have 1800-enetbiz.com (for many yrs now) and could get the actual number also how much would this be worth?
Every 800 # business like 1800flowers.com also has the 800# and i think if i could go out and buy this it would up the value you?Make it a website like internet supply type business, with software and more but were i could do infomercials, with operators answering and taking orders via that same 800# name.
Please if i could get some feed back to see if this is a good idea? Or how much value would it add to sell?
thanks,
SY

I can tell you that having a "matching" toll-free 800/888/877/866 number to your existing presence is a very wise move from a marketing standpoint, IMHO. It also adds a LOT of value for a potential suitor, as well. The valuations and extent to this added benefit will vary greatly depending on the core domain, business, brand(ing), industry, support, etc. I am in the process now of closing on exactly this type of value-added transaction! :tu:
Overall, (always) attempt to secure the toll-free number associated with your domain name/brand/business, in my view.
All the best!

PS. You need not purchase these tel. numbers through the internet, etc. Simply call your long-distance provider and ask them if it's available ... every once in a while you can get lucky, depending. 800/888/877/866 are the common toll-free codes, hierarchy.
