There is always a plus point when instead you approaching the buyer, the buyer approaches you first.
By adding small questions to your reply, the response rate for your emails may boost many times.

Instead of you mentioning the asking price to the buyer, you may put up a question like, "I will certainly accept offers in the mid $,$$$, Would you like to present an offer in that range?"
This way, even if the other person is not interested, they will reply soon and therefore, you can save a lot of time.

Another good way to finalize the deal fast, is to include a time constraint, as in, "the offer is valid till the end of this week or till the end of this month". This will make the buyer act fast.
Another good question to put up at the end is "When shall we expect the finalize the deal" or "Do you think we can wrap up this deal by the end of this week?"

This is a great technique to find out if a buyer is interested in the domain or not. If not, you may move on to another interested person.
This technique does not guarantee your domain sale but it will definitely speed the whole process and will reduce the probability of losing prospective customers.
