I have listed my first 2 domain with Namerific and it would be great to share your experience with Namerific.

My experience so far is good. I submitted 4 names and 2 accepted within 48 hours. Logo design was done with 24 hours after verification of the domain names.

Now I need to wait and see if the domain get sold.

Just share your experience with Namerific..

I didn't realize you could receive offers, i got one yesterday and counter offered which was accepted so a handy sale heading onto xmas time i guess

Congrats on the sale...
Can you give more details regarding it? Name and Price. I don;t think there is a non disclosure agreement in Namerific right?

Once the name is accepted, There's a listing price namerific is accepting to list for.. Is it set in stone or it's negotiable?

I had one name they severely reduced my asking price on, so I responded to the email stating it was too low but would accept a price of $x,xxx; they never responded. So I guess you accept their new price or you remove the name, I removed the name.

Happened again on another name recently, this time I accepted as it wasn't cut as severe as the other one.

I've noticed that Namerific now has really elaborate and better descriptions of domains than before. Obviously they hired someone to do it.

I guess I am just unlucky. I have 39 published names on Naerific and still yet to make a sale:?

Yeah, that sounds awfully lucky xD

I dont understand calculation of namerific fee.

Lets say i chose in pocket price 999$. Designer fee 100$.
It says that namerific payout is 500$. How can that be if fee is 30%? It should be 300$.

Are those paypal,escrow fees added?

Every 200$ more on designer fee increases namerific fee too.

How much do you give for designer?

That seems about right. It's 30% of the TOTAL price, not your in-pocket amount. So would be about half of your in-pocket price. (Note that their cut only seems to go in $100 increments).

Well, less than 12 hours for a response.

Tbh, I was quite disappointed at their generic e-mails.

Seems the approval time improves once you get names accepted there. I submitted a name earlier today and got it approved today; my first few names took over a week.

My 7 names were all rejected in less than 12 hours.
I have no names approved with them.

Possible they are looking for only a specific type of domains so they are generically declining everything else, accepting only specific type or whatever?
Although, i did post about 3 different types of domains xD

when they hire the inexperienced, to act as brokers...it severely limits your roi potential

I will repeat myself again. THEY ARE RANDOM! It really seems they only go with Zane's gut feelings...

Of course they are random, they are brandables.
The prices are always first suggested by the seller and then Zane either accepts that price or gives his suggestion.

There is no other way to do it.

Ok let's put it this way. I think the are not professional enough. Much better BB in my opinion. More coherent and consistent.

I sold CloudCrafter.com for $500 at namerific.com and got it from a free brandable list on here...

Got an inquiry email regarding a name rejected at both platforms, so sometimes it's just a lotto i think

What I've noticed bout NR is that they sell/accept more of brandable generic domains, which seems to be working for 'em.

I noticed some posts saying my logo was 55 out of 82 logos (approx.).. Does that mean there's a link which shows where you stand in the queue? Since about 10 days ago it says pending description in my profile.. But have no idea if it would take another week or another month until a description and logo is finalized.. The acceptance of those names was pretty quick though

^^^ it can take up to 3 months before you get your logo. I will advice you to just pay the $5 express logo design.

Where can that option be found?

Your domains Cpanel. By your right, their should be "express design" written somewhere there.
