This only applies to domains registered before 10th June 2014. Anything registered since then will not have rights to .uk and must be registered separately.
Also, I hate to break it to you but Darryl's appraisals are way off. Most of these are not worth much at all. Possibly $xxx at best on a couple of them if you're lucky. Ameri.co.uk sounds nice.
I have sold plenty of .co.uk domains, like LLL's, one words, and been involved in the UK namespace for several years as a UK registrar. I don't think you'll get anywhere close to $xxxx on any of these. I hope you prove me wrong, but the very fact that no drop catcher in UK saw fit to pick up any of these is also not a good sign.
I wish you all the best though.
I actually believe my pricing is pretty spot on. You never going to get the mid to high figure prices if you do not ask or list them for those prices. I have priced thousands of names. As a Domain Broker who previously worked with Uniregistry, you can pull a report at Namebio with the extension .co.uk and date range as the past year (2017), and venue as Uniregistry, you will see the lowest sale was $2,500 and highest sale of $14,000 USD. That is why I am prone to quote higher prices, no matter the name because of those results.
kaizin.co.uk 14,000 USD 2017-09-17 Uniregistry
kaizen.co.uk 14,000 USD 2017-08-07 Uniregistry
myfonts.co.uk 10,000 USD 2017-05-30 Uniregistry
homerun.co.uk 6,000 USD 2017-08-22 Uniregistry
gloriousgangsta.co.uk 5,000 USD 2017-09-07 Uniregistry
waldo.co.uk 3,750 USD 2017-08-28 Uniregistry
express24.co.uk 3,500 USD 2017-04-27 Uniregistry
euroline.co.uk 3,000 USD 2017-07-30 Uniregistry
hairclub.co.uk 3,000 USD 2017-06-21 Uniregistry
sweetpotatoes.co.uk 2,500 USD 2017-06-06 Uniregistry
Also, it does not matter if a domain name is hand registered, dropped and picked up or 20 years old, it does play a factor in pricing certainly, but it does not hinder you from sticking to sub-XXX levels just because it is new or no of value to some people. You could price every name at $1 million dollars if you wanted (You get my point). Not to mention now you have secured the matching .uk intentions as well, this is added negotiation power, which some fail to use in negotiations.
Note: When you get inquiries, quote the price and in a follow-up email, you can include the .uk as a freebie. Therefore, I stick to my appraised numbers I gave you even more.
I have an ear to the ground and I feel .co.uk is going to have one of the best runs in sales records going into the middle of 2018.
It's all a matter of opinion at the end of the day and I hope you prove us all wrong.
