For someone only L.com, LL.com, LLL.com is quality, for Chinese 666.com is quality too. Do you look for only ".com" quality or any other ccTLD, gTLD can pass ? Does any "dictionary word" is quality ?
Does number of characters in name define qualtity and what is that number ? Do you mean "brandable" quality ? Do you mean one, two or three word combination name quality ?
Believe me, I'm not trying to be smartass here but I am curious what's your definition of quality domain name? Many people have different opinion about what is quality name and I bet you'll get 10 or more different answers for that question.
quality, to me, means anyone can see its value, domainer or non-domainer.
