Can you explain better what you mean with "add my parked domain to search engines"?

read the TOS for the Parking company,
most say something about how and how NOT to promote or drive traffic to a parked domain.

Are not most if not all parked domains already in the search engines?

Yes indeed.
I'm quite sure the OP would ask something specific but the original question is pretty unclear yet.

He posted the other day. He wants to reg high search keywords in .biz and other lousy extensions and then somehow drive massive traffic to the parked pages to make lots of money. If it were only that easy. I don't think we are going to get through to him - he is set on finding a short cut to get rich and isn't going to listen to anyone.

TOS stands for Terms of Service and is the written set of rules that each company applies when talking about client-business relations (or in other words - the frustratingly long list that no one reads but everyone clicks to have read and agreed). There is not a specific "place" to find them, although most companies put them on the footer of the page. ;)
