I have asked
@70ym politely to close this thread filled with false accusations and delete that unfair feedback but he thinks that he is gaining something by launching a campaign against me.
What happened was that I found 899199.com at auction and messaged him.
He asked for price and I asked him
Can you please tell me what the reseller price should be for this domain? 899199.com
His reply.
From my message he understood that I don't own the domain and he found it at auction and purchased it and reported me as well as gave me a negative feedback even though there was
no transaction and we had
no binding sales agreement.
I understand that reporting me was the right thing to do as even though I never claimed that I owned the domain I implied that I own the domain and I honestly never knew that it was against the rules, I have never broken any rules in the 5 years I have been a member here. I understand that what I did can be called unethical and I have apologized to
@70ym as well as the NP moderators and the NP moderators gave me an infraction but they understand that now that I know about this rule I am never going to break it. Fortunately I sell domains very frequently to end-users and I don't need to lie to or cheat anyone to earn more money. I just found the domain at auction, liked it and checked NameBio but couldn't guess what the price should be and how much I should bid that's why I asked for a price before buying the domain. If I would've told him that the domain was at auction he would've bid on it as well and that was obviously not the smart thing to do.
Our conversation after creation of this thread.
I didn't knew that it is against the rules to offer domains that are not in the seller's possession. I apologize for this, I don't get what you earn by leaving a negative feedback and also creating a thread against me even though you have already purchased the domain.
I would appreciate if you close that thread and remove that feedback, also edit your post.. what you are doing is unfair.
His reply.
You are not noly selll domains that not belong to you and ask my offer.
My offer is Domain Appraisal. Domain apprarisal is not free. It spend my time and it is my expirence.
And I am doubt that you place bid against me on auction sicne I give you my offer, which cause that I spend hunders of dollar more on auction.
My reply
It is a false accusation that I sell domains that I don't own, it was one domain that I offered and NamePros management can tell you that I have never been accused of this before. I apologize for wasting your time but don't you think that creating a thread against me was a waste of your time too?
It is only a doubt and a false allegation that I was bidding against you, there are millions of domainers and maybe some of them were bidding against you, I wasn't even watching that auction. You spent more money on that auction because the domain was worth the price not because of me. I request again to please close and edit that thread and remove the negative feedback, please understand that you won't benefit from this.
So he is angry because he spent a few seconds thinking about the $700 price he offered which he calls 'domain appraisal' which is not free, if it was not free than he should've asked me to pay a price before giving that appraisal. Does he not realize that launching this campaign against me is also wasting his time?
He's also angry because he has a doubt that I was bidding against him, which is legal by the way. Notice that he claims that he spent "hunders of dollar more on auction" when he also claimed that he paid $700 and coincidentally his domain appraisal was also $700. To be fair only he knows how much he paid at that auction. But whatever he paid and whoever was bidding against him, no one forced his hand and he paid what he wanted to pay and no sane person would blame me for this even if I would've been the 2nd highest bidder.
Everyone can now hopefully understand the reality of the situation, you can blame me for offering a domain that I never owned and I accept and apologize for this mistake.
What I have a problem with is someone falsely accusing me of selling domains I don't own like I do that habitually and the NP mods are not doing anything about this false accusation. They are quick to remove the negative feedback I left for him but when I told them to remove his feedback they claimed that they can't do that.
My review (below) of him which is 100% correct has been removed by NP mods multiple times but I will continue to leave this feedback until the end of the world unless his review is removed from my profile.
Liar, makes false accusations.
NP mods claim that there was a binding agreement that's why the 'buyer' can leave a negative feedback for me but if I leave a negative feedback for him that's retaliatory and against the rules. This is number 1 bullshit.
My messages to NP mods
There was no binding agreement between us, I offered a name for sale and he made a offer that's it, I never accepted any offer and he never paid me, no payment methods were shared. I would appreciate if you do something about it.
There was no binding sales agreement and if you consider what happened to be a 'binding sales agreement', then i should also be able to leave a feedback as well. My feedback may be retaliatory, but it contains no lies. As moderators you should be unbiased.
I also have a right to leave a feedback for him, because 2 sides are involved in this so-called 'transaction'. As you can see our conversation, I politely ask him to close that thread and delete that feedback but the reason he won't do that is because he offered a price which he calls 'domain appraisal' and he says it's not free. He is also blaming me for spending more money (which he doesn't give proof of) on that auction because he thinks I was bidding against him. This is unfair.
His feedback was in retaliation of the amount he had to pay for that auction.
Even if I was bidding against him is that illegal or something? His feedback was in retaliation of the supposedly high amount he had to pay at that auction, we don't even know if he really paid $700. NP mods have been biased against me as they are continuously removing my negative feedback for him.
Screenshots of everything I have said above can be provided. And I again apologize to the domain community for this unintentional mistake and I assure everyone that it will never happen again. Thanks.
