Why are posting my private messages to this thread? Because I was told that it was wrong to make private issues public. And if the case is closed how come this thread is still open? I am still requesting for this thread to be deleted. I know you all are trying to devalue the domain name to hurt but this domain name is no longer in my hands.

Because you're claiming things that are factually not true and you are throwing some serious accusations around.

I only included info relevant to this thread, mind you, started by yourself.

Report the post and let mods decide if you don't agree.

As an “outsider” looking in, here is my 2 cents. I do not know the OP or the other NP member involved but it’s VERY clear to me that the OP sold the name for too cheap and is looking at a way to keep it. When someone else offers to PAY for the domain so you will have your $9 but you reject that, it even makes it more clear your intentions.

I will even pay the measly $9 and I don’t want anything in return just to close this thread!

You might consider saying your sorry to him as posting a private message in public is not nice regardless of the reason, it is kind of slander and hurts people's feelings.

I will definitely not reconcider this. It is not slander. It is contributing to clearing the buyers name in regards to this transaction. OP is blatantly lying and backing out of a deal made, damaging buyers name and reputation in the process. OP chose to go public about this opening multiple threads.

If anyone should be making amends its OP. The post does not contain any details or information that is not relevant to this thread. If anyone disagrees I urge you to report the post, mods will do as they see fit and if they do decide It's wrong I'll apologize.

In the meantime, this is a professional board. If you cannot stand the pushback when throwing around allegations about someone stealing your domain, withour providing proof, selling domains that are not yours, this is not the place for you to be.

It takes a big man to admit when he's wrong and not everyone is willing to do so.

I've been lurking Name Pros for about 10 years and you are right this is not the place for me at all. I am not a thief. You all seemed so supportive on the outside but it took me getting involved to see what you all are truly about.

Dude you can buy with no feedback. Some people don't accept bids and I've had a person flake out who didn't have any feedback, but if the person requires feedback to bid, message them and ask if it's okay. Sometimes as long as you stick to your word to pay, they'd appreciate more offers and bids.

If you feel you still need feedback, buy a few cheap domains from here in the auctions from sellers who don't require feedback first... sellers are usually happy to leave feedback.

Money is good in a number of sections here on Namepros as long as you're a serious buyer. But this is not the way to start. Anyone doing business with you knowing this would want to definitely protect themselves.

Daniel, check this thread. See what OP is doing? Now he's trying to make it look like it is about one of my domains.

Do you still think I should apologize for him being butthurt?

I'm no party in this feud. I offered to act as an intermediary as buyer honestly wanted to buy khace.com. I even suggested to cover the transaction fees.

No gain for me, just trying to help out a random domainer running into payment issues, than within hours buyer is getting labelled as a thief where he actually has 7 days to arrange for a payment to be made.

He's also saying he's a buyer now, which makes me think oh yay... but only with extra precautions (I've never had to use)

I would try that but I think it is best if I refrain from participating in this forum.

Template for an apology (NameDeck):
Hi OP,
I am sorry for the slander and the negative comments that I stated. I humbly apologize and admit I was wrong I had no right to call you a crook or accuse you of not wanting to sell the domain. I own up to my own bad behavior like a man and am truly sorry and will make no more excuses for my behavior as it was truly wrong. Sincerely, NameDeck

Something tells me you bought into the story OP tried to portray here. Show me where I called him a crook. Show me where I stated negative things about OP that are not fact?

Show any proof OP was willing to sell the domain.

Mods have reviewed this thread multiple times, cleaned up. Apparently my post was appropriate and on point as it's still here.

OP however was restricted and his retaliatory posts were removed. It's no rocket science.

@John Bates
Clearly the title of the thread has been changed again, a clear attack on @NameDeck

Thanks for the support. Mods already did so a bit earlier but apparently he changed it back again.

They're monitoring him so they'll notice. He'll be gone soon anyway.

Edit: it baffles me that some people actually think this kind of behaviour is ok.

@John Bates i had situations where i post something later regret; wanted mods remove.

wasnt over a $9 name... lol but still kind similar

They are really strict about that. I suggest u dislike and disagree with the rule, referred to.

You are wrong in this situation 100%, but
this silly rule needs to be amended imo.
They wont “delete” posts yet alone “threads”!
Best way out? edit post “.” in the eclipsed time.
(it’s why i do it a lot) If edit window over; tough

I agree. People deserve seconds chances. I gave him one, his buyer give him one. Mods gave him one. When someone doesn't want to be helped that's the end of it. It is what it is.

All you have to do is say your sorry I have no idea why that is so hard for you. This isn't 3rd grade so it's the real world where people make mistakes such as your mistakes in comments. I am greatful how honest the OP is.

Then don't act like you're in 3rd grade and answer my questions to you:

Show me where I called him a crook. Show me where I stated negative things about OP that are not fact?

Show any proof OP was willing to sell the domain.

Again, you probably took what OP posted for granted and think it has something to do with me. It doesn't. If you honestly want, I can provide a detailed timeline of events by DM. I have nothing to hide.

Edit:
Are you even aware what his thread is about? Since OP obfuscated a lot?

I know what this thread is about, and it was clear the seller said Paypal Only then buyer tried to switch payment methods.
