Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
Not sure if this question has been asked and answered yet, apologies if it has already been covered:
When importing a lead to Undeveloped, can you offer to sell the domain on a payments plan? Can you switch that on yourself in the admin section, or is it automatically there, or do you need to contact support?
@Undeveloped is there any way do turn off buy now option and only offer "Installments" option on landing pages of domain names?
How about non-payers ratio, it is decreased?the new sale model is showing a conversion rate that beats any ratio we've ever seen before.
Hey @Undeveloped,
Any plans to create domain subset folders?
Creating different account just for this reason is pain : )
The more so compentitors have got the folders options.
Thank you
whats a domain subset folder?

After the sale, smply ask them to release payout in EUR so the payment gets loaded into your Payoneer's account.
As per what I had experienced, Undeveloped didn't charged me for currency conversion. (my max sale was till $2K).Thank you @singhhooda! So there gonna be double loss on the exchange rates, right? First, when @Undeveloped converts dollars you received for the sale to Euros and then when Payoneer converts euros to your local currency. Or am I missing something?
@Undeveloped , this is one evidence of issues some of us complained about. This is a very serious case that needs to be addressed asap.
@Undeveloped should work this immediately. It should be stated clearly on each page that you don't accept Amex, with this buyer won't even try it@Undeveloped , this is one evidence of issues some of us complained about. This is a very serious case that needs to be addressed asap.

But you should confirm them for big amounts.

Indeed, we don't charge currency conversions and use the real time conversation rate of the moment the payout is sent.
I will be so glad if @Undeveloped can take this issue very seriously. This week alone I have heard 3 cases of buyers running into "error message" during checkout. Sellers were able to know because it was an outbound . Inbound sellers won't know this, you won't just have sales and that's it.
Then, America is very large market and many of them will prefer AMEX mode of payment, which doesn't work with Undeveloped.
Are we not loosing out based on this? Opportunity to sell some names will come once and might never repeat itself again.
There are issues behind the scene many of us don't know.
A friend had to temporary switch his nameserver to namesilo.com to complete a deal. This is a serious case
Any system can develop errors , bug or whatever, but the ability to identify and address issues on time makes you stand out
same for crypto payouts right? realtime?
True any system can develop errors, downtime, bug but what is happening here is a situation where any time a buyer tries to use AMEX, they are immediately slapped with an error page. Imagine a hundred customers tries to buy with AMEX at undeveloped in a day and all of them got slapped with that error. Thats just not good at all. Thats a settings problem and not downtime or whatever.I will be so glad if @Undeveloped can take this issue very seriously. I never sent you messages that you ignored and if you think telling you what is wrong Is tantamount to having bad intentions towards your business, so be it.Hi Haykay,
We take issues that have to be taken serious but non-issues not so.
Stop spreading nonsense based on your own assumptions and or that of your friends. You've been doing this more frequently and that's why I kept ignoring your messages.
There are no technical issues present, all technical issues that users notify us of are always resolved immediately by a senior dev. When did you contact us again and mention that there's a technical issue at checkout? I haven't seen it or heard about it.
All marketplaces that accept Amex, are footing you the bill when they get hit with a chargeback. Amex offers zero protection and that's why we'll never accept Amex anymore. It's not going to happen and not a single deal is lost because we don't offer Amex. We also operate without Amex for years, just because someone raised this topic made it relevant for you, which shows what you base your posts on.
To conclude, if you really think we'd leave money on the table by having technical issues at checkout you seriously underestimate our intelligence. Every single sale that bounces, results in less revenue for us as well so to assume that we're ignoring serious issues is laughable at best.
Kind regards,
Reza
One thing I don't get is when I point the nameservers to Undeveloped for a domain, and someone else claims it, their page shows up instead of mine. If I'm pointing to their DNS, shouldn't that prove my ownership? This seems to be a frequent occurrence.
