. In fact, he mocked people more than any president I can remember.

Well then either your short term memory isn’t very good or you’re not paying any attention to the one we have now.
Examples or it didn't happen.
- Did he make fun of a disabled person?
- Did he call other nations "sh*tholes?"
- Did he try to bring down private businesses by telling people to boycott them or labelling them as "failing?"
- Did he say something disrespectful about women?
- Did he call a woman of color a "dog?"
- Did he retweet memes depicting violence towards journalists?
- Did he make up insulting names and labels for people who criticized him and urge his fans to chant them like a mob at stupid-ass rallies?

Maybe he occasionally made a good natured joke, but I never recall him speaking with anything but respect. He always came across as inclusive and caring towards those he was elected to serve.

Nor can I recall any president in my lifetime prior to that being anywheres near as divisive and disrespecful to anyone as the current one is to just about everyone..

What you saw yesterday was a REBUTTAL of HIS attacks on the free press, i.e. of anyone who criticizes him.

They didn't frame the issue well in those editorials. Lots of journalists could use a few lessons in cognitive linguistics.

350 newspapers coordinated a timed editorial attack on the president, who they say accuses them of working in lockstep against him.

Same person who had a meltdown over franchise TV stations reading a mission statement promising to do their best and report honestly.

He attacked the "lying" "fakenews" press. Not people telling the truth.

Six former CIA directors, including retired Gen. David Petraeus and Leon Panetta, are among 13 former top national-security officials who signed a letter of protest over President Donald Trump’s “ill-considered and unprecedented” removal of former CIA Director John Brennan’s security clearances. “We all agree that the president’s action… has nothing to do with who should and should not hold security clearances—and everything to do with an attempt to stifle free speech,” the officials wrote in the letter, which was sent to The Daily Beast and also signed by five former CIA deputy directors, former Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper, and ex-Pentagon chief Robert Gates. “Decisions on security clearances should be based on national-security concerns and not political views,” the letter concluded.

All democrats. Let's not forget, Brennan fluffed data about WMD's in Iraq and all of these "leaders" know it. If I was Trump, I wouldn't hesitate to remove all of their clearances.

I would make it a standard practice to revoke every security clearance when separating from the Gov unless having one is is a clear benefit to the Gov.

Brennan put politics before the nation then and he's doing it now.

The local politicians who run Washington, D.C. (poorly) know a windfall when they see it. When asked to give us a price for holding a great celebratory military parade, they wanted a number so ridiculously high that I cancelled it. Never let someone hold you up! I will instead...

You're supporting a man who lied about WMD's in Iraq to spite Trump. You can dislike both of them.
I have already made it clear I am not supporting him. That's not what this is all about. Those lies are not for the reason why 45 is now going after him - and others.

If you read the communiqué from the WH, citing erratic behavior, lack of credibility, frenzied commentary, anybody can see the irony. Because you can replace every occurrence of 'Brennan' in the text with 'Trump', and the text makes a lot of sense.

As part of this review, I am evaluating action with respect to the following individuals:
James Clapper, James Comey, Michael Hayden, Sally Yates, Susan Rice, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr.
These people all have one thing in common right ?

And since we are talking about CIA specifically, 45 strongly backed a person who is less than honorable to head the agency.
Yes, I am talking about that woman.
So it's all political, this is about loyalties but this is not about values or integrity.

Agent orange vs napalm - not TOO different  Draft dodger arguing that with people who actually served is insane but that’s him in a nutshell: won’t stand down even when he has no clue and is proven wrong.

I hear he’s now taking credit for postponing that pointless (and very expensive) military parade. They should take that money and give it to vets. Or clean up Flints water. Whatever - I’m sure they can find something more productive. Just a thought.

Of course it political. So what? Brennan is loose cannon, claiming the President has committed a capital offense without any evidence.

1) Brennan's a liar and political hack trying to bring down an elected president.

2) Brennan knows treason has been committed by the President of the USA and did nothing.

Which is it?

It's right in your post, in tweet. So if I post Trump tweets, I didn't mention Trump I guess.

Acknowledging, I'm right. Thanks.

Do you understand the difference between a quote and something I write myself?

Are you denying there was a cover up? Are you calling the man who lead the defense of Benghazi a liar or do you just know more than him?

Cardinal Burke: ‘Very Grave Problem of Homosexual Culture in the Church’
Cardinal Raymond Burke has called for “open recognition” of the Catholic church’s homosexual culture in light of recent revelations of sexual abuse.

“I believe that there needs to be an open recognition that we have a very grave problem of a homosexual culture in the Church,” Burke said in an interview Thursday, “especially among the clergy and the hierarchy, that needs to be addressed honestly and efficaciously.”

The former head of the church’s equivalent of the Supreme Court said it was already “clear after the studies following the 2002 sexual abuse crisis that most of the acts of abuse were in fact homosexual acts committed with adolescent young men.”

“There was a studied attempt to either overlook or to deny this,” he said, referring to the mainstream media cover-up of the homosexual nature of the abuse as well as such denial within the church itself.

“Now it seems clear in light of these recent terrible scandals that indeed there is a homosexual culture, not only among the clergy but even within the hierarchy, which needs to be purified at the root,” Burke said.

The cardinal’s analysis of the situation coincides with another report, also released on Thursday, by the president of the Catholic League, Bill Donohue.

In his report, Mr. Donohue, who is a trained sociologist, decried the ongoing “media cover-up of the role played by gay molesters” in the church.

Referring to the 2004 John Jay study on the sexual abuse crisis in the United States, Donohue notes that “81 percent of the victims were male, 78 percent of whom were postpubescent.” Since all of the abusers were male and most of the victims were postpubescent males, “that is a problem called homosexuality,” Donohue stated.

Despite the media’s insistence on referring to a pedophilia crisis, the report revealed that “less than five percent” of the cases involved pedophilia, Donohue said, and studies done in subsequent years report approximately the same ratio.

“It’s been a homosexual scandal all along,” he said.

“No amount of compassion for those who have been violated by priests should ever be done at the expense of telling the truth, no matter how unpopular it may sound. To do otherwise is cowardly, shameful, and unjust,” he said.

My guess is, the timing of the retaliation is not by chance, in politics nothing happens by accident.

45 needs the distraction in light of the bad publicity that keeps piling up, and comes from all sides, from people who know him well, who have worked for him and who know who he is. Those people know what they are talking about and the pattern is not flattering.

This is a huge embarrassment, every day the focus is on his incompetence and misconduct both at home and abroad, rather than his performance as president. He still doesn't know what it takes to be a president and never will.
