Sen. Nelson from FL learned separated kids were being taken to the Homstead facility. Folks who run the facility said he could come see it. When he got there, he was told he needed to wait TWO WEEKS for an appointment.

Why? Why can’t a congressional representative check on a facility our tax dollars are paying for? Sure makes it look like they’re hiding something.

(I think the local fire marshall should demand to inspect for safety violations...)

The media is obsessed with breaking voters into groups for polls. Trump is breaking down their stats and thanking.

Nevada is historically a magnet for uneducated people because they feel they can get hotel/gaming jobs there. So better do well with the uneducated.

He's going to get an ass whuppin'. And it could be a simple, let's do this just to see Trump cry.

Two weeks from now, media will have moved on from border policy to a new outrage. They won't care the democrats refuse to make any compromise to solve the problem.

They just want to hurt Trump.

If a Mitch McConnell, told a journalist, he didn't wouldn't vote on a solution because he wanted to keep the heat on Obama, EVERY republican would asked if they if they agreed with Senate leadership for the next two weeks.

They're not ever going to give him the wall. He used this to get it. The Dems are not getting hurt on this, Trump and those who support him are. So he has no leverage. You have people like Cruz and other Republicans already falling back.

An issue of their own making, people are aware of this. The choice to separate children from their parents is Trump's. He's not getting the wall, so that is off the table, that is all he wants. Schumer: Legislation is not the answer, the president could fix this with a pen.

Also Schumer: I'm co sponsoring legislation that will prevent Gov from separating minors from adult guardians, there by codifying and protecting child trafficking.
