Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
Under $500 or 4F-sales?Sold second domain via Undeveloped in less than 10 days after first one. And I have small portfolio there, about 70 names.
Go Undeveloped!
Tons of other businesses and marketplaces don't accept AmEx. Because their banks give tough terms for working with AmEx. What do to. This is worldwide known fact. I don't know any AmEx card holder that doesn't bring another card with him just in case he can't use his AmEx. So it's possible to say, you didn't loose a buyer, you lost some stubborn dude. Well if this makes it anyhow better for you, money is money of course...@Undeveloped Over the past week I've lost American buyers that won't complete the purchase just because you guys don't support American express and also they refused to use other alternative methods like paypal or bankwire. Please create support for AmEx cause this is really frustrating.

Undeveloped should stop leaking buyer information to seller when deal broke. Look at what they've done with them. https://www.namepros.com/threads/non-payer-at-undeveloped-com.1082599/
If those buyers (or potential customers) found out this, or received a not so polite email. It's very likely the they wouldn't come back to undeveloped again. I still like to sell domains through undeveloped.
Not auction.Seems pretty simple. When you go to "Place a bid" there is a clickable box in the prompt that states, "All bidders are required to put up 10% of the bid in earnest." You have to click the box in order to continue with the bid. Your accnt is preset with your credit card, PayPal or whatever your payment method is.
Let's say you bid $100 and you end up winning the auction. As soon as the auction ends the 10% earnest is immediately deducted from your accnt and transferred to the seller. You then wait for the buyer to fulfill their obligation and make the remaining payment.
3 strikes, or non pays and you lose your bidding privileges.
Seller pockets the earnest money, and puts the domain back up for auction.

But this is exactly what we all want! To kill those roaches ant tirekickers, to keep the market healthy. It's very likely the they wouldn't come back to undeveloped again.

Full traffic statistics including locations, inbound details should include email of buyers. Also daily and weekly tariffic statistics for each domainHi All,
Just a quick question. Which information or functions would you like to see in your Dashboard from both a buyer and seller perspective? We're in the process of revamping that section and would love your input early in the development process.
Kind regards,
Reza
Their landers, have set them up less than 2 months agoDid you use their landing page or park somewhere?
BIN with offer or offer only?
While internally integrated traffic stats would be a nice and welcome addition, keep in mind that you are able to see all of this info through Google Analytics directly.Full traffic statistics including locations, inbound details should include email of buyers. Google analytics does not clear bots . Yesterday for instance, I got 28 views on one of my names via Google analytics, I checked the name @Undeveloped there was no traffic at all for that particular name.Yes, Google Analytics feature is awesome thing, you don't need anything else.
When making an offer, or counter offer, if you put a comma in there it doesn't recognize it & won't let you post it. It doesn't tell you this is the reason it won't accept your offer. While I figured it out, I could see a potential buyer getting confused or frustrated and just exiting. Is there any way to make it so commas are recognized in the offer section? So it will accept a $5,000 offer whether it's written as "5,000" or "5000". Or at the very least, saying it won't let you post because there's a comma. Hopefully that makes sense.
Hi Matt,
This makes a lot of sense. We do notify the buyer when they add a comma or dot that they need to enter a valid number but we could explore to see if we can automatically delete the commas. Once problem that might arise then is that buyers try to place an offer of $99,95 for example. So $99 dollars and $0,95 cents. If we automatically erase the comma the offer becomes $9995. So I think that's why our product team didn't implement it that way.
Kind regards,
Reza
