Overall, it's not bad...there are just 3 things I would take a look at:
1. No offense, but I feel like I'm stepping back into the 90s with the layout and design. It's bland with nothing to it. If I just happened upon the site, I would probably think the company abandoned it.
2. There is too much wording on some pages, it's like wall of text after wall of text. People don't want to read paragraph after paragraph, they want the important information quick.
3. I would have someone proofread the site (at least the English version), because there are a few things that just don't sound right and might make a customer think it's an amateur site instead of a professionally run one.

2) It's an already made sites but I can edit the words. I'll read through it and make some changes.

3) Actually I'm going to need someone to proofread the Spanish version for me since I don't read Spanish.

If I want to use a custom theme for the site I would have to get web hosting since the company only offers that template on their hosting service. I've looked through a few themes that I really like so that's something I'm going to look at once I get a logo done.

Just because the domain is in Spanish.

You had me worried for a second because the last time I looked at the sitemap I saw a lot of web address in .com/EN/ I thought only the English version of the site was getting indexed. I just had a quick look in google and all languages are getting indexed.
