It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

I’m surprised you and i think differently here. Remove “Pro” first!

I think i’m just more biased to Rob and kind… I’m sorry…

I respect that and definitely support your call for removing his pro badge.

Biggest issue I have with him, I haven't lost much money due to their scams, maybe just a couple of K.

What really pisses me off is they made me look like a fool, endorsing their company and services.

I've seen a couple of registrar's fold before but E has been scamming people on a whole other level.

They destroy(ed) lives.

Edit: small grammar edit. love you ;)

No. And if nP will ever allow him to come over here again instead of banning his sorrow ass I will close my account the same day.

He has two active accounts as of this date. It's insane to think a professional forum would allow this.
He also still has a "Pro" badge, which is kind of absurd at this point.

As a "Pro" myself, I am going to move that his badge be removed for obvious reasons.

Any other pros that support this can find my post in the "PRO Lounge" section.

It is indeed taking you and some others a bit longer to kick the habit, but I can see that you are on the right track. Think to yourself what exactly you appreciated about Rob and Epik, and then think about the current state of affairs. Going back to the old situation will not be possible, and I am also very curious how this will turn out for all stakeholders.

Strength to you.

I'm not a pro but I hope more will follow up on your post in the pro lounge.

As a sidenote, nP should come up with another badge to honour people like yourself :) It's not always about meeting some metrics.

Maybe ... confessional forum aka dead forum would allow ...

I just posted a thread titled "Removal of Rob Monster's Pro badge." in the Pro Lounge with a summary of the current situation.

There is no way any objective party could find Rob's behavior to be that of a "professional" at this point.

But Brad; the RICO case is going through the court.
It feels like people who wait decades to get executed have a more efficient process…
At least you are doing the best with what can control, interesting! Good on ya, Brad!

That is one small aspect of the bigger picture.

Please understand that Rob is still the Chairman and majority shareholder of Epik. There are no excuses.

Rob was also involved with Kathleen's "escrow" transaction.

I think Rob’s only excuse his lawyer telling him dont talk.

I’m confused how someone is “retired” still owning majority company founded; serving Board as you said.

That escalated quickly. From "Serves as industry ombudsman and advocate for domain investors" on Rob's business card, to a petition to have his Pro badge removed on the forum where Epik won an award.

You have my full support, even though I'm not a Pro.

If a (pro) Forum continuesly chooses to turn a blind eye to matters at hand being discussed they might eventually end up like thedeadforum.com

Thanks for that. Do keep the common people updated ;)

i actually thought i de-escalated it.
He wanted full blanket-ban on Rob Monster’s NP acc.
This feels like somewhat of a compromise.

I am not sure how you have a CEO in open warfare with the Chairman and majority shareholder either, but here we are.

From the response to the lawsuit, Epik admits owing the money, so it is clear they took "escrow" payment and never transferred the domain or provided a refund. That doesn't really seem to be in dispute.

It seems like the dispute is more to do with what actually happened to the money.

E's defense:

Yeah, we took the Money! So what?

Thanks Brad, i edited the part out asking you to post the direct link; since i saw it was a link in the “PRO” lounge, the domain elites the World Economic Forum is what “PRO” badge means to me, kinda.

That RICO case aside, @Rob Monster is nowhere to be seen as the Chairman and majority shareholder.

He was nowhere to be seen for the many months before that lawsuit was filed.

Maybe he can earn his "Pro" badge when all the victims are made whole again.

I don't even remember how I got the "Pro" badge.

That section is pretty dead though, so a direct link is probably easier to find it.

Many people dont recall how they got it; but rest assured; it means you made it; by NP’s standards.

We’re allowed to have cool things, Brad; dont worry about coming off “elitist”; ur most humble down-to-earth “PRO” on NP.

Here is a direct link to the thread, which should only be accessible to people with a Pro badge -

Brad

Cheers.

Just thinking out loud here, filtering some noise

We have this user here, who sold a domain on behalf of another member. Not paying her what's owed for months. A 100K. Fact. Proven. Written IOY.

What should we do about it? You know... A professional forum... The kind that's been known to infract users solely for using an unprofessional avatar...

Would love to know the reasoning...
