It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

It appears that no Masterbucks TOS even exists. If it does, I have not seen it.
No TOS to be found at the holding or parent company of Masterbucks either (Amplify.io). Dead link.

I mean we did an acquisition of Amplify.io, so a licensed crypto exchange
What kind of license is involved here exactly, and where can we possibly check the current status online?

For which countries, jurisdictions?

It looks like the company still has the status "Normal" in Ireland's Companies Registration Office:

https://core.cro.ie/e-commerce/company/684991

But if you look for the license, there doesn't seem to be one from the Central Bank of Ireland:

http://registers.centralbank.ie/FirmSearchPage.aspx

If you search for e.g. Coinbase, a license turns up, so I think it is the correct place to look.

Thank you.

If it turns out there is no such license, not a sufficient license, or no license for the right jurisdiction(s), this may be a promising path to complain to authorities about their Masterbucks service.

As a side note, as per masterbucks website (bottom part):

Copyright ©2022 Masterbucks is a service of Amplifyx Holding Limited, an Epik company

I'm wondering what Amplifyx Holding Limited is? A quick google search shows that there is a company in Europe (Ireland) with the same name. Little or no extra details...
Thanks for this essential info @tonyk2000

Thanks, significantly there you can see the last annual report was filed on 17/01/2020, effective from: 27/12/2019.

And the site says next report due 27/12/2020

i believe there are serious consequences and penalties for late filing and it can be an indicator of serious problems. You can instantly buy the most recent annual report there for €2.50.

Info on late filings: https://www.cro.ie/Annual-Return/Missed-Deadlines

Thanks. That's also interesting, especially when you take into account the date of acquisition of the company by Epik, as well as the date when the historic live interview with Epik CEO Rob Monster was aired on Youtube (transcript here).

As I mentioned in the Epik Experience thread last month, Rob is busy finding funding for his many companies:

https://www.kingdomventures.com/

It is a bit strange that Epik is looking for $35 million. Didn't they just get a billionaire investor onboard?

As for spending masterbucks somewhere on Epik website, instead of withdawing. Indeed, why not? If renewals in a particular TLD are working, this would mean that Epik still has prepaid funds with the respective registry, so all would be fine. Except that either $35 or $15 price (as reported above) is too high for .com renewals... did anybody try to politely ask for $9.xx renewals? Unsure about Epik aftermarket purchases though. If an innocent third party seller did not yet delete his marketplace listings (not all sellers are NP members) - using this "opportunity" would attract bad karma imo. On the other hand, Epik itself owns enough domains. Aftermarket purchase of an Epik-owned domain, if the price is right, may also be an option...

I just tried adding a domain for renewal to my basket, and it showed $9.99. So that is at least a good thing.

I wonder if the physical offices of Epik and Amplify exist.
Can see what's going on there?

Well, if you click on contact information on Epik's website the address used is a UPS store.

Can I find a photo of this building on Google Maps or somewhere else?
Maybe there's a modest sign "Epik" stuck somewhere?

So, maybe if you can't withdraw the Masterbucks electronically, you can have them shipped to you instead?:xf.wink:
I think you might be on to a million (billion?) dollar idea there.
Crypto by mail.
