It's pretty okay, and it's actually what you want to see.

If you've enabled GA, the GA code is present in the source code of all domains you've added on DAN. It's irrelevant if you're using DAN as a lander, or not. When a user or bot visits your domain on the dan.com URL, the code gets triggered as well:

https://dan.com/buy-domain/{YOURDOMAIN}

Am not sure this is correct and wasn't like this before. Only domain names with nameserver pointed to Dan used to show before now. If names I no longer own now show in my report, would you say that is correct?

Google crawls the pages of the website. Regardless of the direct traffic, referring domains and the backlinks, if a page is on Dan.com and can be crawled, it will show up on analytics whenever a bot or someone visits the page whether directly or via internal search.

If I search for a name that is listed on Dan via their search box and I click on it from the search result, it will come up in Google analytics whether the nameservers are pointed to Dan or not.. It has always been like this for as long as I can remember. You might not have noticed in the past if the only traffic you were getting on your names were direct ones from the nameservers.

Remember the tracking ID and the site tags from Google are embedded in pages. The only way you can prevent Google analytics from getting that data is to delist from Dan.

I’ve just sold a domain on Dan being a trusted seller on the platform, can I receive payout in Bitcoin?

I’ve updated my wallet address in the payout section, do I need to send in KYC docs? just asking as I don’t wish to have any delay in payout as Bitcoin is very volatile.

Agree. Used to get very few views of Dan pages on the pattern https://dan.com/buy-domain/{YOURDOMAIN} but lately have got sudden batches of them, possibly a bot or domainer searching whole groups of domains on Dan.com.

This reminded me to remove a domain I no longer own as I saw someone had clicked on its dan.com/buy-domain/myformerdomain.com - it was only there on a make offer basis and so no one could have clicked buy.

Checked, had well over 100 views on that pattern yesterday, looks like someone is going through the alphabet and bulk checking. Weird thing is that the given location changes, maybe VPN or some dynamic switching of IP address, but only one hit on each page.

From what I understood, if you want to use dan and have a domain with sav, you need to first transfer the domain to another registrar yourself and then push it later to the buyer. They don't accept a direct transfer to the buyer

I'm experiencing stats that don't get updated for a couple of days; and domains that cannot get removed from my portfolio following the normal procedure.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Definitely a domainer,looking to make offer on domains they don't own and go front run to potential buyer .I just quote what they can't pay .If your domain is not using Dan lander,take note of their lowball offers and how they disappear

I'm already enough of visitors who bid the exact minimum or slightly higher and then finish, no any further offers in ~90% of cases. Please add one more option into Account settings to hide this Minimum amount completely, just show text like "your offer is too low".

after 3 days they closed my account (2year old)
just because we haven't been interested
in honoring an agreement from 1 month ago
when a deadline had been specified in chat
the problems caused if the broker ignores your instructions
it's your fault and you get banned

they can keep open negotiations at your own discretion even though more than 1 month had already passed (unpaid)

We have received this request in the past as well. It was already relayed to our product team for review but it is likely this will not get introduced. Data shows that whenever this set-up is maintained there is a higher drop-out ratio. Leads tend to get frustrated when having to enter offers multiple times that get declined.

We have not attended to this message as fairly everything stated is incorrect. The user was indeed blocked from the platform but not for deciding to dishonor a 1-month-old transaction. We do not want to go into detail but the user's behavior was not accepted on the platform.

In short, we will never close anyone's account when a fair mistake is made. Forgetting to delete a domain after losing/selling it will not be a reason for us to close any user's account.

what I mention It is false then you indicate that I was not banned for not honoring an offer from a 1 month ago (repeated broker error)

I explained the problem using the chat and email
and asked to reimburse the money to that person in spanish and english and the answer was the same "is your fault" even though I indicate a deadline date to the broker (keep open a unpaid transaction for a month is not normal...)

One day later. Unfortunately, it did not solve the problem. Stats have not been updated in the portfolio overview for almost a week now, while they are updated in the domain detail view. Can you please investigate/fix further?
