hmmm.. I think you missed few of the last posts.. cause a link was listed which is now dead.. well.. not dead but showing 35$ instead of $1...

so its starting to look like the link you use is now precisely what matters.

then on top of the link.. as you said.. it'll also matter if you have an account flag or some other payment issue.

ah ok thats what you meant.. I thought you meant that link doesn't matter.. as in.. that it works on all links as long as your account is okay.. which is no longer true now.

They would have taken your money and laughed all the way to the bank. But who is who?

More than likely it would have done a real time call via an API for the domain and failed because the domain wasn't available / updated as dropped yet on the back end. The real time call should catch that. Failing that the name would fail delivery as the listing party could obviously not deliver it and the buyer would be refunded automatically and the sale cancelled and the listing investigated.

panicked when i saw this. So I tried out my netsol link, and yes, I can confirm it's not working anymore. it shows $35.

If that was the case everyone on this thread would be in trouble. The main reason to lose names is not answering their emails to confirm your email/details.

they cant take yer names and keep yer money...but i think we all know here that its not riskfree or guaranteed to reg more names than 5..on a promo that says max5 in its terms... but again its illegal for them to keep yer money for names they delete.

I don't think he was talking about netsol. Because netsol has done a $1 deal int he past that was unlimited like this one.. and there was no mention of "returns". Only scary thing is the 200k$ renewal that someone got charged with :D.
