You cant transfer out your domains from netsol. Maybe you can receive auth code but you cant unlock your domains there. There is no support and resolve.

You're wrong, you will receive your Auth Code in exactly 3 days after you request. And you can unlock your domain right from your panel on your own.

if by "offer" you mean the option to unlock, then request the auth code, then yes, done both. Go to manage my domains, scroll down, it is the last option. Unlock then request the code.

But it say the renewal fee is $ 38 per year. Isn't it ridiculous, where there is fact that outside it is less than $ 10 per year.

Have not had any issue with them. I bought some domains from them and was able to deactivate auto renewal, list it at most of the domain market place, add record to confirm owner to sedo etc all done same day.

For any clarification, calls to their customer support was always very cordial. They are among the ones Afternic & Sedo accept for fast transfer.

In my opinion, I think they may have had some issues in the past but have adjusted for better. Let's give them a chance and base any opinions on current problem anyone encounters there.
