Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

''It looks like Sony’s big bet on the VR first-person shooter (FPS), Farpoint, had paid off, at least in the UK...''

Good to see a VR game selling so well, only a matter of time before we see VR games regularly topping the sales charts imho
To this end, still holding FPSVR in king

No decent VR names available to buy at reseller prices anymore, drops and godaddy closeouts might be the best bet.

Anyone bought any good aftermarket domains recently?

Just got an offer for $250 on my VR Marketplace for

VRBareback.com

Fecking thing is though I let it drop last month, my name is still on the who.is, and it's nowhere to be found in my account...
Anyway of getting it back?
:)

Probably not without paying the redemption fee. Contact your registrar.

Would it be worth it...? Thanks

You need to guesstimate how credible the offer is...if you think it is 50-50 they will honour it , you should pay the redemption fee ($80)

It's a craps shoot either way, IMO. You have to decide if you want to take the risk for the small amount to be made. Consider whether or not you can get it sold if the buyer turns to vapor along the way. Is it worth your $80 to have it another year?

For me personally, by the time I pay the redemption fee, factor in my time involved to secure the sale, etc; there's really not much I'm actually making that excites me or makes it worth the headache. Last time I had something similar I simply told the individual I no longer owned the name, and moved on. But, that's just me.

Guys, what do you think about VrBack in king?
I cannot decide - renew it or delete. For me "back" in its general sense is closer to "back of the body" and VR back in this context is nonsense. But when I have bought this name I thought more about "back to the past" or "back to dinosaur island". Any ideas?

Most likely I threw away the domain last year (instead renew), but I checked another versions like vrback.net or backvr.com and they were registered.
