All this in order to give us, customers and respected namepros members a bit more service!

I could visit the website, but can't login in.
It said invalid user name over and over again...

I have been happy with them so far. Had a couple of issues that were worked out pretty fast. One was responded to in 10 minutes. I was kind of thinking there would be a price to pay for the low reg fee's on .mobi. Yes, the site is at times s l o w and you have to try several times to get an order through. But to me, it's well worth the savings. My question would be, IF they should just vanish at some point in the future, what would happen to my names?

but as far as I know they are part of the DIRECTI group which has other sites like resellerclub.in and many more ...

their plan is to dominate the market in providing domain/webhosting services.

So I should think we are safe ... at least for the time being!

Thanks for the info Rosh...This was my first venture out of GoDaddy (who I've had no problems with) so I was a little gun-shy. I feel a little better now!

Right now I am trying to access my account at website.in but it times out...Yes, I bet almost everybody with an account there has filed a complaint or at least a support ticket. They are not that bad though....
