I received an email from NameJet this morning regarding the .PW auctions they are holding.

There are already multiple backorders on lots of the names and with some domains having another 20 days to do, this number will only grow.

What do you think of the list? Good investment or waste of money?

Realistically, only the one letter .pw names have any value.

Oh, and that's not because I own a portfolio of one letter domains. The market for one letter domains is very liquid.

Bank.pw and Gold.pw seem to be leading with the highest amount of backorders, will be interesting to see what all these domains go for once the bidding starts.

The extension is what it is. There are auctions for everything, for .asia even .so. But the 'winners' quickly find out that these TLDs are impossible to flip. It's the greater fool theory in action... and you are the last in line

I certainly wouldn't visit any .pw site I came across in search results.

I would NOT take a chance in the aftermarket for such domains.

I have one LL .pw, purchased for reg fee during that one day when the .pw registry released lesser LL, NL, and LN.

That's enough of a lottery ticket for me.

I'm a .com person, with a few .net and .org (and a scattering of lesser gTLDs and ccTLDs).

To be honest, I don't even see a reason why this extension should be bought. Good investment? If so, every single ccTLD should be.
