WTF? Where can I find what's this "Rule 1.29"?

Suggestion: could the mods include a brief description of the violation or at least include a link to the respective rule?

There is a link to the rules next to every post button. It's a potential issue when any member hasn't read the rules before posting. I will recommend that the developers make the link more noticeable.
