Well, at least in Canada, kids are 3-4 when they start Jr. Kindergarten, so it has potential.

I'd say low $xxx.

hi,

I went for a Godaddy appraisal, the Premium one :red: (the one with Review by industry experts , the one that has someone blindfolded throwing darts at a board with prices on it, and where the dart hits, thats the appraisal :hehe: )

You can see it here.

question:

ok,i know that the low end of such an appraisal cannot be relied on as a starting ask price.
but how far off are they?
Can you even expect 10% - 20% of the appraisal's low end?

thanks

They appraised it as 1 word. But if the "4" represents "for" then "4 Jr" should not be 1 word unless "for Junior" is considered 1 word. Since you paid for an appraisal it should be right. I think they will come back with the same value because the difference is only one point. Where you got your points was in the 625 desirability.

Get it reappraised so you can show it to a prospective buyer without having to explain the "1 word" mistake.
