domain Upswells.com & aspayment.com : appraisal!

Hey experts! I need your opinion. I handregged upswells.com & aspayment.com for the standard price of about 10 USD from drops. Where would you price these domains (considering the acquisition cost)? Appraisal bots give me very different pricing ballparks so I'm kinda lost here...

I don't see much significance in either of these. Appraisal tools aren't a good measure, they're all over the place. Welcome to the forum
