According to Wiki: In 2011 the population was 15,669. *

And according to this:
http://www.yorktonthisweek.com/news/local-news/expanded-roll-for-local-tourism-1.1511932

"Visitors to Yorkton and area spent almost $40 million on tourism related activities" *

* Accuracy unverified

I don't know how many hotels/B&Bs there are.

Given the above data, I would say it could be worth mid $xxx to maybe 4 figures (depends on total hotels and actual tourism data etc).

City based sites (not generic like "hotel.com" etc) require the city to be a fair size for a site to be profitable based on amount of hotels and tourism to that city alone, or at least worth redirecting to some other site (ie "Hotels.com/Yorkton") otherwise you are looking at low value because there is no demand for it and not enough income from the potential end users.

While your domain name has great keywords, given the (seemingly) lack of live competitor sites and the size of the city, another domain of equal quality 'may' be found for reg fee, or low cost aftermarket, ie "HotelsInYorkton.com".

Again, I think $xxx is a fair price, but could be more depending on the number of hotels there and the potential end user's financial standing, as even with potential for other domain choices, yours is short with the right keywords.

It is a good domain name for the niche and city though, so good luck :)
