Yellowpages as a source ?? Guidance needed

Hi all,
I am trying to develop a geo domain and have listed the local restaurants,attractions,spas, etc from yellow pages( the address,contact info etc ) ofcourse the pages have their own unique content along with these..I am confused wether this is permitted or not i,e when i take the website live to public will google rank my website or consider this as a copy content..Please guide on this...

if you just take the name, address and phone number i think you'll be ok google-wise.

Legally, there was a supreme court case a while back that said you can use information that is in the public domain - even if you took it from someone else, so long as you don't use it in 100% the same way. IE - you can't photocopy a sports statistics book and sell it, but you can get sports statistics from someone elses book, put it onto your website just fine.

Yes I have just used the address, telephone number .But I have my own content added to each pages.I'll let you know the site when finished. :hi:
