I want to create a social networking site. I have a decent budget.

I am planning on getting features from lockerz.com and combining the features with other applications from other popular websites around the web.

I am not going into full in the thread as there's too much to say.

I need someone to help me write out a blueprint. How site will work, functionality, and the small things like what will the admin backend include ect.

I also need help in finding the right developer for this project.

If you could help me and give me some guidance, i will be so much greatful.

The are free and paid scripts in order to start a social network. It will be faster to get one and only ask for some custom work made for you ( if needed ).

If you are planning to have a social networking site, you can go for Drupal. Its an open source CMS.So, designing is very easy.Even the user can modify the site by downloading the components with prior permission of the owner. It is mostly used for the effectiveness.
