I have seen Yahoo.is. For sale on eBay, would there be trade mark issues with this The price is $100,000

You had better believe there would be trademark issues if the domain ever started making money.

There are lots of TM infringing domains out there, they go after the ones that stick out.

BTY .is = Iceland. .IS domains are generally reserved for residents of Iceland and for -- um -- trademark protection.

that has TM issues all over it..Poor guy who is trying to sell it won't be getting 100k for it..As a matter of fact, he will more than likely be loosing money on it once he gets served from Yahoo. LOL

This will never happen. The registrant will be legally dealt, not to mention the trademark damages he will incur.

I doubt he posted it for sale in a cardboard box on a street corner. He understands what hes doing, he obviously does not care.
