.xyz or .site for project?

I want to make site. There are cheap domains with extensions .xyz and .site. What extension is better for beginning project - xyz or site? Extension .site is a little cheaper

There are many free domains in .xyz or .site and extensions are cheap. I think to buy some free domains and try to make sites. .Com are busy and very expensive. I want to make sites for yourself.
