i think you are right they let the sunrises go remember and Time put in for money, and it has not been registered so we will have an announcement of a major corp. spending 6 figures for a .mobi domain, shouldnt be too bad.

I think it was a different procedure for names of the premium list than the sunrise period. Time did make a "Premium Name Trademark Application". Indeed, they applied for quite a few many names. Here is the list:

Thus, I think money went for only the application fee.
